Messy Church
What Is Messy Church?
Messy Church is a form of church that aims to provide a more informal and creative way for families to explore and experience Christian faith together. When we do Messy Church, It involves a mixture of themed activities, crafts, songs, and food.

The idea behind Messy Church is to provide an alternative to traditional Sunday worship that may be more accessible to families who may not feel comfortable in attending a more formal church service. Messy Church is held in the church hall every 2 months.

The activities at Messy Church are designed to be interactive and hands-on, with a focus on exploring and experiencing the Christian faith through creativity, play, and reflection. For example, families may be invited to make a craft related to a Bible story, participate in a drama or game, or take part in an activity.

During the session, there is usually a time of worship or reflection, often including singing, prayer, and a short talk or Bible reading.

Messy Church is a relatively new phenomenon, having emerged in the United Kingdom in the early 2000s. Since then, it has spread to other parts of the world, including the United States and Australia, and has become increasingly popular as a way to engage families in the Christian faith.
